1. Permitted Use

The Service is designed for organizations and business professionals to assess AI readiness, identify organizational gaps, and plan AI implementation strategies. You may use the Service for:

  • Evaluating your organization’s AI maturity and readiness
  • Generating assessment reports, gap analyses, and implementation roadmaps for internal business use
  • Sharing assessment outputs within your organization for decision-making purposes
  • Accessing the AI Marketplace to discover relevant tools matched to your assessed needs

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Upload, transmit, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, methodology, or source code of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service or its outputs without written authorization
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other user’s use

3. Content Standards

All content you upload to the Service must:

  • Be accurate and not misleading
  • Be content you have the right to share (you own it or have permission to use it)
  • Not contain sensitive personal data of individuals (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical records) unless you have appropriate authorization and safeguards in place
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Use strong, unique passwords for your account
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written consent

5. Resource Usage

You agree to use the Service’s resources responsibly. Excessive use that degrades the Service for other users may result in temporary throttling or suspension. If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, we will contact you to discuss appropriate solutions before taking action.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • A warning identifying the violation and requesting corrective action
  • Temporary suspension of your access to the Service
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Legal action where appropriate

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of violations before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
